Threatened Species: The following list includes all mammals which occur in Georgia and are rated as Critically Endangered (CR), Endangered (EN) or Vulnerable (VU) in the 2004 IUCN Red List of Threatened Animals.

Critically Endangered:
- Armenian Birch Mouse (Sicista armenica).
- Mediterranean Monk Seal (Monachus monachus).
Endangered:
- European Mink (Mustela lutreola).
- West Caucasian Tur (Capra caucasica).
Vulnerable:
- Argali (Ovis ammon).
- Bechstein's Bat (Myotis bechsteini).
- East Caucasian Tur (Capra cylindricornis).
- Eurasian Otter (Lutra lutra).
- Geoffroy's Bat (Myotis emarginatus).
- Harbor Porpoise (Phocoena phocoena).
- Lesser Horseshoe Bat (Rhinolophus hipposideros).
- Mediterranean Horseshoe Bat (Rhinolophus euryale).
- Mehely's Horseshoe Bat (Rhinolophus mehelyi).
- Western Barbastelle (Barbastella barbastellus).
- Wild Goat (Capra aegagrus).
